The Brazilian Health Regulatory Agency (Anvisa) has notified the World Trade Organization’s (WTO) Committee on Technical Barriers to Trade of a technical regulation, establishing the Mercosur list of substances that cannot be used in toiletries, cosmetics and perfumes.
Comments must be submitted by 14 October.
