On 9 May 2016, the Netherlands has submitted Notification No. 2016/208/NL to amend part A of the annex to its food contact materials legislation, the Commodities Act (Packaging and Consumer Products).
The amendment includes the use of certain substances in food contact materials and articles and revision in some technical requirements. Please refer to the draft in the linked documents for more details.
