With the increasing capabilities of computational models, key toxicological endpoints such as acute toxicity, skin/eye irritation, sensitization, chronic toxicity, genotoxicity, carcinogenicity, reproductive and developmental toxicity, and toxicokinetics can now be predicted using QSAR models.
